The goal of the program is to provide a solid background in philosophy, both in the knowledge of its history and in the discussion of current issues it addresses. It aims to convey concepts, themes, methods, theses and philosophical theories. It also enables students to develop their critical thinking skills through the study of philosophical argumentation and inquiry.
