Religious Studies is the critical study of religion: its history, its ideas and principles, and its function in societies past and present. Students examine a variety of religions and perspectives from a non-denominational perspective. You ll delve into the philosophies and writings of some of the most influential religious figures of all time; study biblical languages and original texts; investigate the roles of religion in modern society; and analyze religious thought and expression in history, politics, literature, art and music.
