Hold an appropriate diploma obtained outside Qu bec after at least thirteen (1) years of schooling or the equivalent, Quality of the academic record.All candidates must have a proficiency in French attested by one or more of the following tests: the Uniform Test of French required for obtaining the DEC, the written French test of the Ministry of Education, Recreation and Sport or the written French test of UQAM, Academic record: 100%, The performance rating (R rating), experience or academic record, depending on the admission base selected,French test result is equal to or greater than 65% but less than 75% may be accepted subject to one or more refresher courses
