Hold an appropriate diploma obtained outside Qu bec after at least thirteen (1) years of schooling or the equivalent,minimum academic average of 11.5 out of 20 (or equivalent) is required. Candidates with an academic average greater than 10.5 out of 20 (or equivalent), but less than 11.5 out of 20 (or equivalent) may be eligible for successful completion of a refresher training, Quality of the academic record.All candidates must have a proficiency in French attested by one or more of the following tests: Uniform Test of French required for obtaining the DEC, the written French test of the Ministry of Education, Recreation and Sport or the written French test of UQAM
