The Bachelor of Industrial Relations program aims to train professionals who, upon completion of their studies, are able to work in a versatile way in the labor market. These professionals will be able to intervene effectively in the major components of industrial relations, both in human resources management, labor relations, occupational health and safety, and in government employment policies. The program offers an international pathway and aims to prepare adequately for postgraduate studies.
