The professional direction of cultural relics construction is the professional direction which was established in 1998 in response to the urgent need of the national cultural relics cause, and mainly cultivates the specialized personnel with the same quality of cultural relics and documents in the protection, maintenance and restoration of cultural relics buildings. This professional direction to recruit science candidates, undergraduate graduates in addition to continuing to study the direction of cultural relics construction graduate students, the rest of the graduates can choose cultural heritage-related fields of employment, such as the Institute of Ancient Architecture, Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology, cultural relics administration departments, cultural heritage management departments, design institutes engaged in cultural heritage protection planning, the establishment of cultural heritage-related teaching content of institutions of higher learning and other units.
