The fundamental aim of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Undergraduate Program is to cater for the demand of food and beverage sectors for qualified and professional chefs who possess the skills to produce quality food and beverages from different national and international cuisines. To serve for this purpose, our program has been designed to bring up creative, skilled and talented managers who possess analytical thinking, effective communication and research skills in producing information as well as developing and applying it effectively.
