The aim of the programme is to enable students to acquire a first degree in law which would allow them to be admitted to the legal profession or to work as a legal consultant by developing skills and abilities pertinent to a lawyer, such as problem-solving, critical thinking, self-motivation and specialised knowledge of the law. The programme has been recognised by the Cypriot Legal Council for the purposes of professional recognition of the degree and other organisations.
