Program Overview

"The student will acquire a theoretical overview and practical skills in the field of science disciplines, forming the basis for studying core subjects in the field of chemistry and food technology. Within the study program, students can choose from two fields of study, namely ""Food Chemistry"" or ""Biotechnology"". A graduate of the ""Food Chemistry"" field will be prepared for food technology practice to ensure the production of high-quality and safe food. His knowledge of the chemical composition of food raw materials and modern analytical methods will enable him to work in state administration control bodies. The field of study ""Biotechnology"" will expand further knowledge and skills from scientific disciplines, which are based on the teaching of modern biotechnological subjects."
