Bachelors in Food chemistry and analysis

At the beginning of the three-year study of Chemistry and Food Analysis, we will first dive into the basic natural sciences together. There's nothing you can do, you just have to know if you want to be a gastrochemist. In addition, you will also see under the hood - we will introduce the basic ingredients of food, including a wide group of substances referred to as bioactive. We will follow in the footsteps of analytical methods that can be used to monitor individual groups of compounds in food . We will not look at the devices, we will make friends with them. It starts with the preparation of samples and ends with the independent design of experiments and the evaluation of the obtained data.
