Do you want to better understand your business or your enterprise While studying this program, you will understand the purpose and functioning of both the business sphere and, in particular, companies, their organizational structure, management, economy and financing. The primary area of study is basic management activities, including planning, organizing, controlling and managing people and the legal side of business and business management. Other important areas are aspects of business enterprises: trade economics, internationalization of trade, trade logistics; skills related to the financial management of a business; marketing skills, including mastery of basic tools: promotion, market analysis and market segmentation; or from the field of working with data: evaluation of consumer preferences, etc. During studies, we emphasize the acquisition of practical skills.
