Program Overview

The academically focused bachelor's study program Computer Modeling in Mechanics, which is designed without specialization, provides students with a basic and extended overview in the field of mathematics, the mechanics of rigid and flexible bodies, and in the field of modeling modern (composite) materials used for the creation of light constructions with exceptional properties. The student will also master the skills of a broader scientific basis in computer science, physics and cybernetics. As part of the selection of compulsory optional subjects, the graduate also has the opportunity to familiarize himself with the basics of the modeling of mechatronic and biomechanical systems and the design of simpler and moderately complex parts of structures using CAD systems, or has the opportunity to acquire basic knowledge of human anatomy.
