Program Overview

The aim of the bachelor's study program Environmentally advanced buildings is to master the processing of the design of the energy concept of a building with almost zero energy consumption, to learn to connect the structural design with the design of technical equipment during design activities, to master the design of effective measures that bring significant energy savings, to gain an overview of the possibilities of using renewable energy sources in buildings, learn to assess the suitability of individual solutions, the ability to process a building energy efficiency certificate (PENB), optimize the way water is managed in buildings, its cleaning and recycling (grey water), orientate yourself in legal regulations in the construction industry.
