The basic pillar of our studies is the development and production of new materials . We differ from other similarly oriented fields in the Czech Republic mainly in that we do not only look at materials through the lens of engineering, but we are not afraid to replace our glasses with an electron microscope and look at the processes in them not only from a macroscopic point of view, but also at the level of nanostructure.
