Bachelors in English language and literature

In the English language and literature program, you will acquire basic knowledge of the history , culture and literature of English-speaking countries, especially Great Britain, the USA, Canada and Australia, you will gain an overview of the theory and functions of language with an emphasis on English, as well as the theory and practice of translation . Individual lectures and seminars based on discussions in smaller groups will develop your analytical and critical thinking skills, teach you to work independently and creatively, and to express yourself adequately in written and oral English.
