Program Overview

A philological study program that provides not only knowledge of the Italian language and Italian linguistics, but also a good orientation in the cultural history of Italy, including the history of Italian literature with overlaps with nearby Romance literatures. Intensive language training is part of the course, during which candidates with an initial knowledge of A0-A1 reach the final level of B2 - the course therefore does not require prior knowledge of Italian
