The study is aimed at acquiring basic knowledge from the history of mankind from prehistoric times to the present day and at mastering the basic theoretical and methodological equipment necessary for independent professional work in the historical sciences in various institutions that deal with historical research or its application. The content concept of the program allows students to significantly deepen their factual knowledge of selected topics of European history from ancient times to the present by studying compulsory elective subjects.
