During your studies, you will first learn the general basics of human anatomy and physiology, inorganic, organic and analytical chemistry, biochemistry and microbiology. These foundations are subsequently followed by the study of human nutrition and dietetics, food product knowledge, food production technology and the principles of animal and plant nutrition .
