Program Overview

During the course of your studies, you will go through the theoretical basis common to all health professionals. This includes, for example, anatomy, physiology and pathological physiology or pharmacology. You will also gain knowledge about food , its production, microbiology and food preparation technology . However, the core subjects will be those related to human nutrition, both nutrition in the prevention of various diseases , as well as therapeutic or clinical nutrition.
