Program Overview

The bachelor's degree in archeology is designed as a comprehensive overview of Central European archeology and the archeology of the Czech lands from prehistoric times to modern times. Emphasis is placed on knowledge and classification of basic archaeological sources (especially artefacts), as well as on mastering the basic methodology of the field in the field and in the laboratory. In addition to archaeology, the program also includes basic courses in history and other related fields, both humanities and natural sciences.
