Program Overview

The economic policy program is unique in its optimal combination of applied economics and a practical view of the functioning of the market and the role of the state in the economy . During your studies, you will learn about the economic principles of how the market works, as well as when the market fails and what can or cannot be done about it. You will learn how the government influences the economy and why it does not always achieve its goals. We will show you how governments have responded to crises and challenges in the past, and what the lessons are for the present and the future. You will learn to analyze and predict economic development in the context of current problems of the Czech, European and world economy . You will understand the influence of economic development and the effects of partial changes on state finances, consumers, companies or even financial markets.
