Program Overview

The Impactful Entrepreneurship programme at Estonian Business School (EBS) is designed for students who want to build businesses that create meaningful change while developing strong entrepreneurial skills. Curriculum Structure

Year 1 – Discovering Ideas and Building Entrepreneurial Skills

In the first year, students develop the mindset and skills needed to become successful entrepreneurs. They explore how to identify opportunities, solve real-world problems, and transform ideas into business concepts through areas such as Seeding and Starting Up and Developing and Calibrating. Students also build essential skills in teamwork, communication, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking.

Year 2 – Turning Ideas into Growing Businesses

The second year focuses on developing and expanding business ideas through stages such as Expanding and Growing and Maturing and Exiting. Students learn how to improve business models, understand customers, develop products and services, create growth strategies, and manage the challenges involved in scaling a business.

Year 3 – Leading Ventures and Preparing for the Future

In the final year, students focus on advanced entrepreneurial skills through Focusing and Connecting and Launching and Graduating. They explore leadership, strategic decision-making, international opportunities, and prepare their final thesis while developing the confidence and skills needed to launch their own ventures or pursue business careers.
