Program Overview

Archeology studies the remains left by the societies of the past (infrastructures, habitats, public buildings, graves, objects found in excavations) using different tools (topography, photography, excavation, dating and furniture conservation processes, etc.). In Grenoble, an introduction to ancient and medieval archeology is provided by two teachers from the department and by external speakers (INRAP).
