Year 2 ramps up with a focus on core operations and intercultural skills, including opportunities for the Certificate in Business Studies (CBS) on the Grenoble campus, where you'll validate 30 ECTS credits. Year 3 emphasizes strategic thinking and global business, with options for the Certificate in International Business (CIB) on Grenoble or Paris campuses, tackling real-world company analysis. Courses such as Planning and Reporting in Sustainable Management, International Marketing Strategy, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) prepare you for leadership via BIPs with European firms like VINEVINU or Grupo Salvador Caetano. - Blended Intensive Programs (BIPs) twice a year across a European network of partner universities (like Parma, Grenoble, Tallinn, and Porto), where you tackle real business challenges in intercultural teams, including on-site company visits, coaching, and presentations to professionals—such as recent work with Portuguese firms VINEVINU and Grupo Salvador Caetano on sustainable management modules taught entirely in English.
- Mandatory internships totaling at least 12 months, with 2- to 4-month placements between Years 1-3 (in France or abroad) and a longer internship or optional work-study in Year 4, helping you build autonomy and international networks.
- GEM Labs, a 5,000m² innovation campus with immersive platforms replicating real-life business environments, high-performance tools for monitoring and value mapping, plus expertise in gamification and new technologies for strategic projects.
- ST101 Sustainability Transition module, an award-winning immersive experience (AACSB “Innovations That Inspire” 2024) co-created with partners like Wonda and Rossignol, focusing on real-world sustainability challenges through serious games and field-based projects.
