Program Overview

The Humanities license offers an in-depth discovery of ancient societies in the diversity of their aspects (culture, literature, civilization) and the literary, cultural and artistic extensions of Antiquity in medieval and modern societies. It offers students, over all of the 6 semesters that make it up, a progressive learning of ancient languages (Latin and Greek with groups of levels: beginners, confirmed) with a view to opening up to French literature, history ancient, art history, and archaeology.

Additional Information & Requirements

High school transcripts, Original diploma allowing access to university (equivalent to the French baccalaureate), as well as its sworn translation into French, a certificate of level of knowledge in French (minimum required: TCF B2, DELF B2 or DUEF B2).
