Program Overview

The history license offers a complete general education, based on the four academic historical periods, from Antiquity to the contemporary period. It is organized on this common basis, while being accompanied in the first year by various opening courses (history of art, languages, geography, sociology). At the end of the first year, the student can confirm his or her choice or, if necessary, reorient themselves towards other courses at the Faculty. From the second year a progressive specialization takes place and in the third year two courses are offered: History, Arts and Humanities and History-Teaching

High school transcripts, Original diploma allowing access to university (equivalent to the French baccalaureate), as well as its sworn translation into French, a certificate of level of knowledge in French (minimum required: TCF B2, DELF B2 or DUEF B2).
