Program Overview

Within the French Law -- Foreign Rights specialization (which the University of Paris Nanterre alone is authorized to deliver), this course allows students to acquire dual training in French law and Anglo-American law (or common law) to become a /e bilingual lawyer competent in two systems. The training covers French law (taught in French) and English and American law (taught in English, in particular by English-speaking law professors).
