It introduces students to a sensitive development of territories -- defending the idea that each territory, each inhabiting community can bring out needs, problems, solutions and projects. The objective of the License Local Action and Projects of TERritories - APTER is to propose a course in planning which privileges the deepening of the concepts specific to this field, the reinforcement of knowledge on the territories and the opening on more applied knowledge in particular in the field of territorial planning.
