Program Overview

The New College of Political Studies, the first course common to the universities of Paris 8 and Paris Nanterre, is accessible to a promotion of about thirty students who have already completed a first year of a license in a training course in letters and human and social sciences ( political science, history or sociology, literature, language, etc.). The training begins at the level of the second year of license (L2), and continues in license 3 with a semester of compulsory international mobility (second semester of L3) in a partner university. Classes take place on the Nanterre campus.

High school transcripts, Original diploma allowing access to university (equivalent to the French baccalaureate), as well as its sworn translation into French, a certificate of level of knowledge in French (minimum required: TCF B2, DELF B2 or DUEF B2).
