Program Overview

The Management course prepares you specifically for the diverse challenges of planning, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure facilities: Our graduates have selected skills in the disciplines of architecture, engineering and economics as well as relevant legal knowledge. In addition, we teach you social skills for personal development, such as negotiating or target group-oriented presentations, as well as methodical knowledge in the field of digitization (Building Information Modeling).

General higher education entrance qualification or the subject-specific higher education entrance qualification, the successful completion of the master's examination, the successful completion of a training course to become a state-certified technician or state-certified business economist, prerequisite for the admission of international students to the course is proof of language skills in German at competence level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference CEFR. a) Proof of native language acquisition of the university entrance qualification or a first professional qualification in a German-speaking country or b) Evidence based on one of the following certificates DSH-2 or TestDaF min. 4 x TDN 4 or equivalent proof.
