BA in Information Processing

3 Years On Campus Bachelors Program

University of Cologne

Program Overview

"The humanities are no less influenced and changed by information technologies than society as a whole. Information processing takes up this challenge and conveys modern technologies for the processing of complex humanities data. Information processing sees itself as real IT, which, based on an understanding of the humanities, actively shapes the further development of information technology and implements a special Cologne understanding of the rapidly expanding ""digital humanities"". Like all courses that combine traditional subjects, this also opens up access to many very different professional fields."
