"At vocational schools, there has been a structural undersupply of teachers in the industrial and technical disciplines for years. The master's degree ""Electrical Engineering - Teaching at vocational schools for a Bachelor's degree"" is therefore aimed at those who already have a degree (Bachelor's, Master's or Diploma) in electrical engineering and want to qualify for teaching at vocational schools.Building on the degree you have already completed, you will study a general educational subject (German, English, Protestant, Islamic or Catholic religion, computer science, physics or mathematics) as well as vocational and business education and didactics of the vocational subject (electrical engineering). A professional subject no longer has to be studied, as this is already covered with the bachelor's or diploma degree."

Additional Information & Requirements

Only those who have already acquired a qualified degree in electrical engineering (bachelor's or diploma) or in a comparable field of study can be admitted to this course. In addition, proof of vocational and business education and/or (subject) didactic content totaling 15 CP must be provided. Applicants who cannot prove this are required to catch up on the required content by the end of their studie
