Land use is understood to mean any use of the landscape by humans, eg in the form of agriculture or mining. Water management, on the other hand, includes all anthropogenic interventions in the landscape water balance and is closely linked to land use. In the Land Use and Water Management bachelor's degree, students gain an understanding of the effects of these interventions and their mutual interaction. Only in this way is a long-term and sustainable use of our environment possible.
