Program Overview

Egyptology is one of the ancient sciences. It is about the culture and language of Ancient Egypt, ie all legacies of the people who lived from the fifth millennium before Christ to the first millennium after Christ in the area of today's Egypt, northern Sudan and the so-called Levant. Because the subject is only subject to geographical and chronological boundaries, its research subjects are very diverse: they range from archeology to magic lore.
