Program Overview

Knowing the past to understand the present and shape the future - only in this way can progress work. In the Bachelor's Degree Program History students acquire knowledge about the history of different eras and cultures as well as the basic conditions of historical change. A central goal of the study is to convey profound skills in the methodical and theoretical handling of the relevant materials (sources and representations). The students should independently develop a knowledge base on the path of research, reading and editing on a historical topic and critically evaluate the information obtained.

German Secondary school leaving certificate Abitur, Proof of sufficient knowledge of German (uncertified copy), DSH scores, the signed print-out of your online application, the proof of your preliminary documentation, TestAS certificate (uncertified copy), a maximum score of 30 points for the HZB grade (with a HZB score of 1.0), Academic Transcripts, English Language Proficiency.
