Program Overview

The course offers the opportunity to get to know a wide range of media studies - research-related and practice-oriented. In addition to the subject-oriented training, which specifically bundles the media knowledge of the various disciplines from a cross-media perspective, you receive an application-oriented training that already shows prospects for your future profession during your studies. The BA Media Studies does not impart specialized skills in individual media, but rather interface skills. Since, depending on the study model you choose, you will also complete practical modules, you will learn a lot about your own strengths and skills during the work process. You gain important experience and increase your understanding and knowledge of design processes and thus simulate everyday working life.
