Program Overview

In the focus on civil law, you will deal primarily with the legal areas of the BGB. In addition to the BGB - general part, law of contractual and statutory obligations, property law, inheritance and family law, there are also basic legal subjects in the lecture plan. In the course of study, basic legal understanding, subject-specific knowledge and skills as well as legal methodology are imparted. You learn to solve simple legal issues independently and acquire basic knowledge of civil law. You will train and document scientific work through homework and a seminar paper.
