Program Overview

Qualifications in bioinformatics and genomics are increasingly needed in medicine, biotechnology and research. The interdisciplinary course, which is based at the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Biology, enables bioinformaticians to appropriately evaluate the amounts of data generated in biology, chemistry, pharmacy and medicine and to develop and verify algorithmic analysis methods.
