The Bachelor's Program Classical Archeology treats the ancient cultures of the Mediterranean as part of the history and cultural sciences. The focus is on Greek and Roman culture, whose research includes not only archaeological finds and findings but also written source material, as well as their contacts with forerunner and neighboring cultures. Methodically, the subject forms an interface between general archaeological, historical, cultural and artistic approaches.
