Program Overview

When studying a subject or two subjects from the ASuK course, you deal with the language, literature, material legacies and the culture of antiquity and the Middle Ages. Priorities can be set differently according to interest and supplemented in a meaningful way. The possibility of working with ancient or medieval finds (e.g. papyri or manuscripts) as well as taking part in excursions complete the offer. New discoveries and always new questions about today's society and culture keep the discussion of antiquity and the Middle Ages always up to date.

Transcripts from the previously attended schools, Secondary education certificate, University Entrance Qualification Exam (Hochschulzugangsberechtigung), German language proficiency on the C1-C2 level of the Common European Framework. (DSH 2*Deutsches Sprachdiplom, level II of the KMK (DSD II) Telc C1 Hochschule), The TestAS (Test for Academic Studies) is a central, standardised aptitude test for foreign students. English proficiency level B2 (GER)
