Program Overview

The Social Sciences B.A. study program imparts both competence in problem-oriented scholarly work and additional, practical career-related qualifications.Acquired in these areas are theoretical and methodological skills in interdisciplinary scientific analysis of social and political structures and processes. Additional, career-related qualifications are imparted during a six-week internship and by the module Social Sciences in Practice.

Baccalaureate certificate is divided: for high school certificates with a maximum score of 900 points, it is divided by 60, for high school certificates with a maximum score of 840 points it is divided by 56 (maximum 15 points), points achieved in the last f semesters in Social Studies / Social Studies / Political Science / History / Psychology / Philosophy are added together and divided by 4 (maximum 15 points). Test German as Foreign Language-TestDaF level 4 or better in all f partial examinations, German Language Diploma-Level II (DSD II), C2 -GDS-Large German Language Diploma, Large or Small German Language Diploma or Central Senior Class Exam (ZOP), German Language Examination II of the Language and Interpreter Institute in Munich, German Bachelor's, Master's or Diploma Degree of a study program taught in German, IELTS (band 6) Certificate or TOEFL (minimum score: 550 paper based, 213 computer based, 79 internet based).Large or Small German Language Diploma or Central Senior Class Exam (ZOP), German Language Examination II of the Language and Interpreter Institute in Munich, German Bachelor's, Master's or Diploma Degree of a study program taught in German, IELTS (band 6) Certificate or TOEFL (minimum score: 550 paper based, 213 computer based, 79 internet based).
