Program Overview

The German-French Social Sciences study program deals with social structures and processes. It is taught in cooperation with Sciences Po Bordeaux. The bilingual focus on the German and French space provide the students with a high degree of intercultural competence. Together in a group of 24, German and French students alternate years between the two universities and in this way learn to navigate the academic systems and their different emphases.

Baccalaureate certificate is divided: for high school certificates with a maximum score of 900 points, it is divided by 60, for high school certificates with a maximum score of 840 points it is divided by 56 (maximum 15 points), points achieved in the last f semesters in Social Studies / Social Studies / Political Science / History / Psychology / Philosophy are added together and divided by 4 (maximum 15 points), Test German as Foreign Language-TestDaF level 4 or better in all f partial examinations, German Language Diploma-Level II (DSD II), C2 -GDS-Large German Language Diploma, Large or Small German Language Diploma or Central Senior Class Exam (ZOP), German Language Examination II of the Language and Interpreter Institute in Munich, German Bachelor's, Master's or Diploma Degree of a study program taught in German, IELTS (band 6) Certificate or TOEFL (minimum score: 550 paper based, 213 computer based, 79 internet based).Large or Small German Language Diploma or Central Senior Class Exam (ZOP), German Language Examination II of the Language and Interpreter Institute in Munich, German Bachelor's, Master's or Diploma Degree of a study program taught in German, IELTS (band 6) Certificate or TOEFL (minimum score: 550 paper based, 213 computer based, 79 internet based).
