 Curriculum Structure

First Year: Foundations and Exploration

Your journey begins with core explorations into how people interact with their built environment, combined with hands-on workshops in our in-house facilities. You'll develop fundamental design skills through practical and conceptual methods while being introduced to international trends shaping contemporary design. This foundational year ensures you have both the technical grounding and creative confidence to progress into more specialized work.

Second Year: Specialized Skills and Real-World Application

As you advance, you'll deepen your expertise in areas like interior and spatial design while exploring connections between ecological approaches and human-centered solutions. You'll engage with environment- and health-conscious design principles, building prototypes and working on design projects that reflect current technologies and materials. This year bridges classroom learning with internship placements, giving you genuine professional experience at partner organizations.

Third Year: Integration and Specialization

Your final year focuses on a main complex design course that synthesizes everything you've learned, supported by related practical subjects that expand your technical and theoretical knowledge. You'll work on sophisticated design challenges that demonstrate your mastery of art, design, and contemporary computing applications, preparing you to enter the professional field as a confident practitioner.

Focus Areas: Interior and Spatial Design specialization that equips you with a comprehensive understanding of architecture, interior design, environmental design, object design, and urban studies—enabling you to address both human and environmental challenges across multiple disciplines.

Learning Outcomes: You'll develop the ability to design practical and sophisticated spaces both independently and collaboratively, understand and apply ecological and sustainable design principles, analyze international design trends, and execute professional-quality design projects from concept through prototype.

Professional Alignment: The program's emphasis on real-life internship projects and contemporary industry practices ensures your skills directly align with what design firms, architectural practices, and environmental organizations seek in graduates.

Tuition: €9,980 per year for the 3-year program.

Application Deadline: Early Bird deadline is 31 March 2026, 23:59:59 Europe/Budapest time.
