The aim of the training is to train economic specialists who are proficient in the economic sciences, methodologically prepared, with adequate professional and general education, who, relying on their knowledge of social sciences, economics, business and management, are able to provide the functional areas of human resource management, analyze the labor markets, and coordinate the reconciliation processes. They are able to solve planning, organization, analysis, decision-making and service tasks in the relevant areas, to manage the human resources management of smaller business organizations, and in the case of larger organizations to independently supply and manage a sub-area, as well as to effectively participate in projects
