Undivided Teacher Training in English language and culture teacher - Religion teacher-pedagogue

The primary goal of the training program of the major is to train teachers with up-to-date knowledge of language, linguistics, culture, history, literature, pedagogy, psychology, and professional methodology, and to provide students with marketable theoretical and practical knowledge and skill development. Language development is considered a priority area in the training (e.g. grammar systematization, development of writing skills, language exercises to develop vocabulary and speaking skills), but the English specialist part of the program includes linguistics (phonetics and phonology, descriptive grammar, applied linguistics), literary (the history of English literature from the beginning to the 21st century, as well as the history of American literature from the beginning to the present day), country studies and historical (British and American history from the beginning to the present day), and courses dealing with the culture of most English-speaking countries (primarily European and North American countries).
