Undivided Teacher Training in Teacher of German language and culture - religion teacher-pedagogue

The primary goal of the training program of the major is to train teachers with up-to-date knowledge of language, linguistics, culture, history, literature, pedagogy, psychology, and professional methodology, and to provide students with marketable theoretical and practical knowledge and skill development. Language development is considered a priority area in the training (e.g. grammar systematization, development of writing skills, language exercises to develop vocabulary and speaking skills), but the German part of the program includes linguistics (phonetics and phonology, overview of German structure and syntax, applied linguistics), courses in literature (the history of German literature from the 1700s to the present day), country studies, culture and media studies (knowledge of German-speaking cultures and the iknowledge related to interculturality and mediality, with particular regard to the presentation of contemporary German culture and new media)
