The purpose of the training is to train specialists who, with the acquired complex natural science, electronic, mechanical, IT and economic knowledge, will be able to supervise and manage production, assembly and quality control processes based on the use of mechatronic devices and equipment, to design simpler mechatronic structures, and to operate mechatronic systems and for maintenance.

The purpose of the training is to train mechanical engineers who are suitable for the operation and maintenance of machines and mechanical equipment, the introduction and application of mechanical engineering technologies, the organization and management of work, the performance of technical development, research and planning tasks of average complexity according to the needs of the labor market; furthermore, they have a sufficient depth of theoretical knowledge to continue the training in the second cycle.
