Program Overview

In the information society, searching for data, navigating among them, checking their authenticity, and helping others in all of this play an increasingly important role. The basic goal of the training in Szeged is to train professionals who, in addition to high-level theoretical knowledge, our graduates have the practical knowledge that helps them navigate well in the modern library and IT environment, and are also successful shapers of the environment themselves. During the studies, they lay the foundation for general, applied basic information technology and library knowledge, and the specializations allow everyone to decide in which direction they would like to continue their studies: are they more interested in information technology and data management , or modern school and children's library knowledge.
