Program Overview

The basic aim of the PTE history course is to provide a thorough introduction to the great eras of Hungarian and universal history, during which the emphasis is placed on the essential connections. We introduce Hungarian and universal history not separately, but in a unified way, highlighting the interactions, so that the students can navigate them more easily, and during the independent study/research work, they can also place the details that were omitted from the bachelor's degree, but acquired through independent studies. During our training, students also gain insight into the basic knowledge and methods of related and auxiliary sciences.
