Bachelors in Biology

The name of the qualification that can be obtained in the basic course is biologist. The educational goal of the bachelor's degree in biology (BSc) is1 on the one hand1 that the students have adequate theoretical and practical knowledge to complete the next level of education1 and on the other hand1 that the professionals who complete the training at this level and decide on the placement have adequate knowledge of the natural sciences1 mathematics1 chemistry1 biology 1 and in the field of IT1 to be able to analyze the most important relationships in biology and acquire new biological knowledge. During the training1 students learn to analyze the most important relationships in biology1 and to apply the basic principles in practice. They learn the most basic methods of biological research. They become capable of using laboratory techniques1 instruments1 and computer data processing. Graduated biologists use their knowledge to carry out laboratory and field operations1 and plan and carry out experiments. Part of the training is also practical training1 which promotes a deeper understanding of theoretical knowledge and serves to familiarize with practical methods and procedures
